Vidyut Jammwal and Commando fans rejoice as the release date of the film has been preponed. The film that was originally supposed to release on 20th September, will now release on 6th of September. The reason is not clear as to why the film’s release date has been shifted but the fans aren’t complaining as they will get to see their favorite star in action sooner.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh on announcing the release date of the film wrote, "New release date... Vidyut Jammwal... Commando 3, directed by Aditya Datt, will now release on 6 Sept 2019... Costars Adah Sharma, Angira Dhar and Gulshan Devaiah... Vipul Amrutlal Shah production... Reliance Entertainment presentation."

Now that the film is releasing on 6th September, it is all set to lock horns with Saif Ali Khan starrer Laal Kaptaan which also happens to release on the same day. Yes Saif’s film is also slated to release on the same day and now we have two releases on the same day. Laal Kaptaan is directed by Navdeep Singh and is being produced by Eros International and Aanand L Rai’s Colour Yellow Productions.  The film will feature Saif in the role of a naga sadhu out on a journey ridden with drama, revenge and deceit.

Coming back to Commando 3, the film also stars Angira Dhar and Gulshan Devaiah in pivotal roles. The film is directed by Aditya Datt and is produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah
