Vikram Bhatt Says Someone Told Him That 'Drugs Are Served In Trays In High Profile Bollywood Parties'; Reveals Not Attending Any In Past 20 Years
As the Narcotics Control Bureau is probing the drugs angle in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case, Bollywood has come under its radar. A lot of debates are taking place over the Indian Film industry and celebrities consuming drugs. Rhea Chakraborty, the prime accused in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case has been arrested by NCB and it is reported that she has given out names of many Bollywood celebrities who consume drugs. Now, filmmaker Vikram Bhatt has come out to talk about drug consumption by Bollywood stars.

To Navbharat Times, he said that he stopped attending Bollywood parties some twenty years ago after he quit smoking and drinking. He was quoted saying, "I liked going to parties when I used to drink and smoke. However, I gave up alcohol and cigarettes a long time ago." He further spoke about how he asked his daughter Krishna to not consume drugs and cigarettes. He stated that he told this to her only once and then left it on her to make a decision.

He further spoke about consumption of drugs in Bollywood and shared "I am not saying that there is no usage of drugs in the film industry. If this is happening in the whole world then must be going on in the film industry too. It seems childish to say and believe that drugs are exclusive to Bollywood."

During the interview, Vikram Bhatt also recalled someone saying that drugs are served on trays in Bollywood parties. He was quoted saying, "I have never been to a party where drugs have been taken by anyone. I have been to big parties. Somebody once told me that in some parties, different kinds of drugs are offered in trays. The guests then pick up the drug of their choice. However, I have never seen any such thing in the parties I've been to."
