Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan made a niche for herself during the late 2000s. Her outgoing and bubbly characters were well-loved by the audience. However, her character Pia Sahastrabudhi from Rajkumar Hirani’s 3 Idiots took the cake. May it be her iconic dialogue of making fun of Gujarati cuisines or her confrontational scene with Boman Irani’s Viru Sahastrabudhi, her father, she definitely nailed her role.
Now, 14 years after the release of the film, Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s production house has been sharing look tests and auction snippets of the actors from the film. For the unversed, 3 Idiots starring Aamir Khan, Sharman Joshi and R Madhavan in lead roles, became one of the biggest hits of Bollywood. Even today the message of the film stays prevalent. The audiences connect with the iconic characters and love to watch and rewatch every second of it. Well, it is safe to say that the fans were floored by the look tests and showered their love and adoration for the character. Talking about the pictures, the 42-year-old actress can be seen wearing different types of clothes. In the first picture she can be seen donning a green kurta, with her hair tied in a ponytail. The second picture shows Kareena draped in a purple saree and Maharashtrian jewellery. In the third picture, she is dressed in a pink top and blue scarf. The forth picture sees her donning a pink and white striped kurta, with a bob cut and the last photo is of her wearing her iconic helmet.
On the work front, Kareena Kapoor Khan, who was last seen in Laal Singh Chaddha alongside Aamir Khan has movies like The Crew, Hansal Mehta's next, Sujoy Ghosh’s untitled movie based on the Japanese bestseller The Devotion of Suspect X by Keigo Higashino in the pipeline.
