Saif Ali Khan’s younger sister Saba Ali Khan stays away from the limelight but her Instagram profile is something that draws everyone’s attention. Saba often shares throwback pictures of her parents and siblings giving a treat to her fans and followers. Saba shared an old video of her parents on her Instagram handle where one can see Sharmila and late Mansoor Ali Khan smiling as late singer Kishore Kumar sang ‘Roop Tera Mastana’. She captioned the video, “Musical extravaganza! Loved this. Thanks to Ria... my star!" The video appeared to be from an event where Sharmila was seated next to her late husband while Kishore Kumar was seen ruling the stage with his iconic song. The veteran actress Sharmila looked stunning in this old video while Mansoor Ali Khan looked dapper as ever in a black turtle neck outfit. One can also see late actor Sunil Dutt and his wife Nargis Dutt, Rakhee Gulzar, Simi Grewal, and Late Raj Kapoor among the audience.
The original song was filmed on Sharmila and late actor Rajesh Khanna from 1969 released Aradhana. Back then, Roop Tera Mastana was a hit track and several other singers have also recreated the song in their own version.
For the unversed, late cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan married Sharmila Tagore in 1969 and they had three children, Saif Ali Khan being the eldest among Saba Ali Khan and Soha Ali Khan together. In 2011 Mansoor Ali Khan died at the age of 70, after battling a lung infection.
