Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma and her cricketer husband Virat Kohli were spotted on the sets of an advertisement shoot on Wednesday (February 23). Several pictures and videos of the adorable couple sporting a turban and Anushka Sharma in a de-glam desi avatar have been taking the internet by a storm. The paparazzi pictures were reportedly clicked at Mehboob Studio in Mumbai.
In the pictures, Virat is seen dressed in a plain shirt with a turban, most likely playing a Sikh. In one of the pictures, he can be seen talking over the phone. Anushka is dressed in a salwar suit on the sets with a mask covering her face.
As the pictures were posted on social media by fan clubs and paparazzi, fans expressed their appreciation for Virat's new avatar. "Are they shooting for Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi 2," quipped one fan, while referencing Anushka's debut film opposite Shah Rukh Khan. "Virat I'm soo excited," wrote another fan.
Anushka and Virat have often performed in several ads together and fans have always loved their organic onscreen chemistry. They also reportedly fell in love during the shoot of a shampoo ad, where they met for the first time. The couple got hitched in 2017 and they have been setting relationship goals for a long time now.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Anushka has started filming for the film 'Chakda Express', inspired by the life and times of former Indian captain Jhulan Goswami, while Virat last played against West Indies in the T-20 series at Eden Gardens.
