6-months ago, Bollywood singer-music composer Wajid Khan left for his heavenly abode. He passed away on June 1, this year. He died at a Mumbai hospital, after battling kidney and heart-related ailments. In November 2020, Wajid Khan’s wife Kamalrukh Khan made some serious allegations against his family. She made a post on Instagram, sharing her ordeal with the world. Recently, Kamalrukh also opened up about her late husband’s last days. She revealed that Wajid Khan’s last days were very sad.
In an interview with Ujjawal Trivedi, Wajid Khan’s wife Kamalrukh revealed that the last few days of his life ‘were very sad’. She shared the reason too. Kamalrukh Khan mentioned that the last few days of her husband’s life were very sad because he was unable to meet with his family due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Wajid Khan was hospitalised when the country was in lockdown and fighting against the pandemic.
Kamalrukh Khan also opened up about her bond with her late husband. She said that Wajid Khan was a wonderful man, a talented musician. The star wife mentioned that he had only one flaw in him, which was that he wasn’t strong-minded. According to Kamalrukh, her late husband could be easily influenced, particularly in matters related to faith.
Kamalrukh Khan made a shocking post in November, expressing her views on the Anti-conversion bill and its importance. She penned a long note and revealed that her late husband Wajid Khan had threatened to divorce her had she not have converted to Islam. Kamalrukh mentioned it was back in 2014 and revealed they lived separately later. She also shared that her late husband’s family forced her to convert her faith.
