Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt, who embraced motherhood last year, has been making headlines since an entertainment portal claimed that she is pregnant again. Recently, a leading media portal carried a story stating that Alia and her husband Ranbir Kapoor are expecting their second baby after daughter Raha. This article went viral in no time with gossip mills buzzing with the speculations of Alia expecting her second baby. However, the report has turned out to be false and the truth is that the actress is not pregnant.
As reported by Bollywoodlife, Alia recently launched her new maternity collection for her clothing brand and her appearance at the launch gave rise to her pregnancy speculations. The Raazi actress did a photo shoot for her clothing brand and shared pictures from it on social media. Alia sported loose and comfy outfits and her pictures in baggy clothes even made fans wonder if she is pregnant again. Alia and Ranbir welcomed their first child, daughter Raha in November last year, three months after their wedding. A few days ago, the couple along with Neetu Kapoor hosted a greeting session with the paparazzi where they showed them the first picture of Raha and requested them to not click their little one’s photos until she turns 2.
Earlier, in an interview with Variety, Alia spoke about embracing motherhood and revealed how her perspective of looking at things changed after giving birth to Raha. She said, “It’s changed the way I look at everything. I just think my heart is a little bit more open than it was before. I don’t know what change that is going to bring about. But we’ll see. I’m excited to see how that journey pans out.”
