Orhan Awatramani aka Orry became an overnight social media sensation after he was spotted hanging out with Janhvi Kapoor, partying it up with the Bollywood celebrities, attending events and celebrating new years with Nysa Devgn. While there have been rumours about him being in a relationship with Janhvi, who dismissed it by saying he is a friend, and Nysa, one of the main questions asked about his profession.
Now, in an interaction with Cosmopolitan India, Orry has opened up about his work profile. Sharing that he always wanted to become an aeronautical engineer, today he can’t exactly name what he does for a living. Dismissing the notion that he works a 9 to 5 job, he stressed on the fact that he works very hard. He said, “I go to the gym and do a lot of self-reflection. Sometimes I do yoga, get a massage. Talking about why he can’t name his profession, Orhan revealed that he is a singer, songwriter, fashion designer, creative director, fashion stylist, executive assistant, shopper, buyer, a football player, art curator. Further opening up about his plans to join Bollywood, he said that while he is getting offers, he doesn’t know how to speak Hindi very well. He recalled an incident where he watched Padmaavat in the span of three days. He said, “A friend of mine loves Hindi movies, so we got together at her house to watch Padmaavat. It took me three days to watch the movie, because she had to keep translating it for me. I just didn’t know what was going on. Great film. Loved it. And now I’ve watched it like 30 times. So no—no Bollywood for me right now.”
Orhan has gained immense popularity amongst the social media users and paparazzi for his friendly nature and calm vibe.
