Ranveer Singh is undoubtedly one of the most bankable stars in the industry. And, his latest expensive purchase is proof of the same. The Simmba star has cracked the most expensive deal for a single residential apartment as he has bought a luxurious sea-view quadruplex flat in a super-premium residential tower Sagar Resham on Bandstand in Mumba Bandra West. Yes, you read that right! And the cost of this apartment, which is reportedly spread across the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floors of the tower, will make your jaw drop.
According to reports, Ranveer purchased this apartment for a whopping Rs 119 crore. The property is purchased by the firm Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP in which Ranveer and his father Jugjeet Sundersingh Bhavnani are directors and is bought from Enorm Nagpal Realty LLP. It is being said that total stamp duty of Rs 7.13 crore for the transaction was made through two separate agreements. Talking about this luxurious apartment, reportedly it has a total of 11,266 sq ft of carpet area and a 1,300 sq ft exclusive terrace. Not just that, the 83 actor will also get access to 19 car parks in the building. Now, Ranveer has become Shah Rukh Khan's neighbour as the apartment’s building is close to Mannat. It is also nearby to Salman Khan’s Galaxy apartment. Giving an insight into the apartment, a Bandra-based realtor told Hindustan Times, “An old building is now being redeveloped (Sagar Resham). The lower floors will be occupied by the existing residents. The 16th floor is a 4BHK, whereas the remaining three floors 17 to 19 are a penthouse.”
On the work front, Ranveer has many interesting and big-budget movies in his kitty. He will next be seen in Karan Johar’s ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ with Alia Bhatt. The actor recently appeared on KJo’s chat show Koffee with Karan 7 where he made some candid confessions.
