We're talking about Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar. Did you know that the two were offered separate international films?
Shah Rukh was to rub shoulders with Jackie Chan playing an Indian techie and Akshay was to star in an action film with none other than Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.
Bad Man Gulshan Grover had set things in motion for SRK's film. He told us, "A very large production house in Hollywood wanted to co-produce a film with Jackie Chan and Ashok Amritraj. They wanted Jackie Chan and Shah Rukh Khan to play the lead."
Unfortunately, things didn't fall into place. Similar was the case with Akshay's film as well.
Akshay was in touch with the President of the WWE Studios for an action film because he's the only guy who could have matched The Rock's action stunts! Sadly, things did not go according to plan.
But what's the reason that these Bollywood superstars turned down such interesting offers? You see, they differed on the pay packages.
