Aamir Khan is Bollywood’s thinking actor. So its no surprise that his favourite sport is chess.
The PK actor graced the 3rd edition of Maharashtra Chess League held at Novotel in Juhu, Mumbai yesterday. Keeping him company was former World Chess Champion Viswanathan Anand.
When asked if he ever played chess with any actor on the sets of a film, Aamir replied, “I have played with Shammi Kapoor and Paresh Rawal. Among actresses, I played with Katrina (Kaif) on the sets of Dhoom 3. She is good at it. I almost lost while playing with her.”
We couldnt resist asking him if he has ever played a round with his good friend Salman Khan. The actor had a quick repartee to that. No, we havent. But if Salman ever plays chess, it will be a battle of brawns, he quipped.
