Born to parents and veteran actors Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan has been winning hearts for his performance and his witty answers. Over the years, the actor has managed to carve his niche in the industry and continues to charm fans with his acting skills and intelligence. In a throwback video, as Abhishek Bachchan made an appearance on Oprah Winfrey’s show with wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, here’s the time to when the actor gave a befitting reply to Winfrey on living with parents.
During the interview in 2009, Oprah Winfrey went on to ask Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan about how their experience is in living with parents. In the video, as Oprah pops the question and says "How does that work?", Aishwarya goes on to ask hubby Abhishek sitting right next to her to answer it. Answering the question made by Winfrey, Abhishek asks Oprah, “Do you live with your family?” Replying to that, Oprah says, “No,” to which the actor said, “How does that work?” As Abhishek gives the best ever answer to Oprah on him living with his parents, the actor literally leaves Aishwarya, the host, and the audience laughing with his unique sense of humour.
In the meantime, after Abhishek Bachchan’s witty and badass reply to Oprah Winfrey on him living with parents Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, Aishwarya added, “It’s normal, it's natural to us. It’s absolutely natural to us.” During the interview, Abhishek went on to share how Amitabh Bachchan and wife Jaya Bachchan also lived with their parents after they got married and shared how it’s all-natural.
Meanwhile, during the interview, Oprah Winfrey mentioned to the couple why she popped the question as, in some cultures, parents live with their children, whereas in others they don’t. Talking about Abhishek and Aishwarya, the couple tied the knot on April 20, 2007, and are parents to daughter Aaradhya Bachchan. The couple made their first appearance on national television together with Oprah Winfrey’s show.
