When Deepika Padukone-Sonam Kapoor RIDICULED Actresses With Implants And Plastic Surgeries-WATCH Video
It was on an episode of Koffee With Karan season 3 that Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone had appeared together on Karan Johar’s chat show and made fun of actresses who got implants and plastic surgeries
Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee With Karan has been airing since 2004, and hosted various Bollywood A-listers over the years such as Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, and many others. The sixth season of the show concluded in March 2019, and the show has stirred a lot of controversies over the years, the latest one being the episode with Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul, where Pandya’s comments got him in trouble. Now, we came across an old video featuring Sonam and Deepika on the show, where they discussed Ranbir Kapoor and actresses with plastic surgeries.
The video is from 2010, from Koffee With Karan Season 3. First narrating about an incident with Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika talked about when she told Ranbir that Sonam and she were going to the spa. “I remember picking her up and we went together and that entire day Ranbir was insecure, and couldn’t handle the fact.” Sonam added, “You know this difference when you're friends with someone and you're seeing someone. I basically know all his dirty secrets.”
Deepika revealed Ranbir was scared he would be the topic of discussion all day when in reality that wasn’t the case. Instead, Sonam revealed they were talking about something else entirely.
Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor then joked about actresses who got plastic surgeries. Deepika said, “If there was a separate graveyard for actresses,” with Sonam adding, “we’d know who has done what, because the plastic would stay back”, and they were left in splits over it.
