For the unversed, the trio were seen together in the movie Silsila (1981). Touted as an inspiration from Big B’s real life, the movie was a blockbuster hit at the box-office. On the work front, while Rekha often does media appearances and photoshoots for magazines, Jaya Bachchan will be next seen in Karan Johar’s upcoming romantic-drama, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer follows the journey of Rocky Randhawa and Rani Chatterjee, who hail from contrasting family backgrounds. In order to get married they come up with a plan to stay with each others’ families so that they can get to know each other better. The movie also stars Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and many more in pivotal roles. It will be released on the big screens on July 28th.
