Other than his spectacular performances in films, superstar Shah Rukh Khan is also popular for his performances in weddings, that too for a whopping cost. Khan is quite often trolled because of it as well but he pays he heed. Well, Friday calls for an epic flashback story and today; here's digging out an old interview of the superstar where he clarifies about his wedding appearances, his wife - kids, and some cons of being a superstar.
A charming Shah Rukh Khan, upon being asked about performing in weddings, revealed that it is not about dancing on the mandap where everyone eats but rather a proper set up of a stadium-like venue that is lavishly decorated and is no less than shooting for a fancy Bollywood song. The actor further revealed that he charges a whopping sum, not because his price is too much but rather for the setup that comes along with him. Well, SRK revealed how other than going to weddings, he also attended birthday parties and other events that pay him quite well. Shah Rukh Khan revealed that after his performance, he makes it a point to grace the marriage out of gesture and spend around half an hour before leaving.
Talking about being a superstar, Shah added how it is extremely difficult to be one because after waking up in the morning, you find out that you aren't completely bitten off. As for marriage, the Raees actor said that tying the knot is easy but sustaining it is quite a task and likewise for bringing up kids.
