For the longest
time now, Ishaan Khatter’s name has been associated with Student Of The Year 2.
And now, looks like Karan Johar is likely to finalise Ishaan for the film.
Rumour has it that Ishaan will be seen in yet another Karan Johar movie after
Dhadak and that’s SOTY 2 – the second instalment to the popular 2012 romantic
drama, Student Of The Year.
A source told mid-day that just like the first part, this film will also have
many songs. There will also be a few action scenes. Ishaan is already gearing
up for them. Interesting!
Karan unveiled the first poster of Student Of The Year 2 starring Tiger Shroff
a few days back. Now, we all know that when it comes to dance and action
scenes, there Tiger is a pro at it. With having Ishaan come on board, who is
trained under Shaimak Davar, it goes without saying that Ishaan and Tiger will
woo the viewers with some power-packed dance sequences in the film.
Talking about the leading lady of the film, SpotboyE.com was the FIRST one to tell you that Chunky Pandey’s daughter Ananya Pandey has been roped in as the female lead. If Ananya and Ishaan would be paired opposite each other in SOTY 2, it would rather be interesting to see how their chemistry turns out to be on-screen.
For now, Ishaan is all set to make his Bollywood debut with Dhadak opposite
Janhvi Kapoor. The film, an official remake of Sairat, is slated to release in
July 2018.
