Alia Bhatt starrer Gangubai Kathiawadi's trailer dropped recently and it received an amazing response. The actress is currently busy promoting her film. She shared a bunch of photos of herself in a saree looking beyond beautiful on Wednesday. In one of the photos, the actress is seen holding her cat Edward in her arms. Alia proved she has a great sense of humour as she captioned the post as, "Edward Bhai Aur Gangubai" and added a zipped face and heart emoji.

Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Gangubai Kathiawadi also stars Ajay Devgn, Vijay Raaz, Indira Tiwari, and Seema Pahwa. The movie will be released on February 25.
Alia has interesting projects in the pipeline. The actress will be seen in Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra, co-starring Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy. The actress also has Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Ranveer Singh. She also has SS Rajamouli's RRR. It also stars Ajay Devgn, Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Olivia Morris among others.
On the other hand, Alia recently expressed her wish to work with Allu Arjun. Hindustan Times quoted her saying, "My entire family has watched Pushpa and became fans of Allu Arjun. They are asking me when I will get a chance to get paired opposite him." She added that she'll be "more than glad to jump abroad if I get a chance to work with him."
