Madhuri Dixit and Shriram Nene buy a new house in Mumbai, to pay Rs 12.5 lakh per month
Madhuri Dixit and her husband Dr Shriram Nene have rented a new house in Mumbai. The couple's house is in a high-rise building in Mumbai's posh locality, Worli. According to Hindustan Times, their new home is on the 29th floor and the carpet area of the apartment is over 5500 square feet. Also, they have taken the house on lease and will have to pay Rs 12.5 lakh per month. Yes, you read that right!
Apoorva Shroff, an interior designer, who has done the house, gave a glimpse of the couple's new house on Instagram. She shared a bunch of photos and wrote, "This was the home before we started! Lucky for us, we didn't need to make too many structural changes. It was all about getting the right vibe, a home that is warm, cozy and most importantly, reflects my clients' personalities!" In an interview with Pinkvilla, Apoorva opened up about the couple's new home and said that the idea was to keep it simple, sober yet versatile. She shared, "The brief was to give the new home of the star couple a quick makeover. The apartment located on 29th floor of a Worli high rise had a spectacular view of the city sparkling below at night and ample of light filtering in from all directors during the day."
On the work front, Madhuri is currently enjoying the success of her Netflix web-series The Fame Game. The actress delivered a spectacular performance in it and was showered with compliments.
Madhuri is one of the most loved stars in Bollywood. She made her acting debut in 1984 with the film Abodh. The actress later went on to star in films like Dil Toh Pagal Hai, Devdas, Koyla, Anjaam, Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!, Saajan and many more.
