Late Sushant Singh Rajput’s sudden and untimely demise has left many heartbroken. The fans, friends and close ones to the late actor are seeking justice for him and want to know nothing but just the truth behind his mysterious death. As the CBI investigates Rajput’s death case now, speaking with Republic, his on-screen dad, Deepak Qazir Kejriwal from his show Pavitra Rishta raises some hard-hitting questions about Sandip Ssingh’s role in the case. The senior actor also asks why the flat where Sushant was found dead, was not sealed.
Talking about late Sushant Singh Rajput, his Pavitra Rishta co-star Deepak Qazir Kejriwal opened up about the late actor and recalled memories from when they worked together. Kejriwal mentioned that he met Rajput for the first time when he had come to audition for the role of Manav Deshmukh for the show Pavitra Rishta. Rajput’s on-screen dad said, “He used to make fun of my baldness and smoking. He was a very good boy, was very hardworking and focused.”
When asked about Ssingh, Rajput’s Pavitra Rishta’s father revealed that he never saw Sandip and mentioned that he saw him on news channels for the very first time. He said, “I never saw Sandip Ssingh. I saw him for the first time on channels where he claimed that he knew Sushant, but had not met him for the last 10 months. I don’t know how he slid in or paradropped himself. I don’t know with what authority he did so. Why did he collect Sushant’s Aadhar card and other IDs.” Deepak Qazir Kejriwal questioned Sandip Ssingh’s role in Rajput’s case and questioned who gave him the authority to take charge of everything on June 14.
Moving on, Kejriwal also revealed that he was a part of gathering at Mahesh Shetty’s home or their friend Manav Vij's place, but mentioned of never hearing the name Sandip Ssingh. He also shared that he stopped being in touch with Sushant and Ankita after they broke up. The actor then questioned the investigation done by the Mumbai Police. He said, “The investigation was not proper. Heard of the case when the police had sealed the hotel room (Sunanda Pushkar death), why was it not done in Sushant’s case? Meanwhile, Deepak Qazir Kejriwal also mentioned that he believes that Disha Salian’s alleged suicide is connected to Rajput’s death. Talking about it, Kejriwal said that facts are being hidden in connection to the Dil Bechara actor’s demise. On the other hand, Sushant’s on-screen dad also shared how he wanted to badly be there at the actor’s last rites, but revealed that he could not attend it due to the current pandemic situation.
