Do you remember Abhishek Sharma's 2014 film, The Shaukeens?
Not that you can be blamed if you don't.
The Akshay Kumar-starrer, a remake of the 1982 Basu Chatterjee hit Shaukeens, was a box-office disaster of epic proportions.

Buzz is, Murad Khetani, one of the producers of the movie, is out again with a new script.
In fact, he was keen to cast Ajay Devgn in the new project and had even approached him, but the Drishyam actor said a polite 'No'.
We wonder what his reason was. Didn't Ajay like the script or was it some mundane issue like unavailability of dates?
Anyway, not one to give up so easily, Murad is now trying to reach out to Abhishek Bachchan.
It'll be interesting to see if AB Junior will give his nod to a movie that was turned down by Ajay.
