Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan First Look OUT: Taapsee Pannu And Pratik Gandhi Is All Set To Take You On Roller Coaster With Their Quirky Story
Taapsee Pannu and Pratik Gandhi give a glimpse of their quirky flick, Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan, all set to release next year
Taapsee Pannu who has been garnering appreciation for her performances, has now dropped the first look of her next Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan? This marks her first collaboration with Pratik Gandhi who shot to fame with the web series, Scam 1992. This first time onscreen couple will play newly-wedded of a ‘Masala’ magnate family. The first look of the film shared by the cast and makers was clicked from the current shooting location in Jaipur. In the first look, while Taapsee is seen in a police uniform, Pratik Gandhi is a groom’s attire.
Taapsee sharing the first look wrote in the Instagram caption, “Pratik Gandhi and I are all set to find his missing bride in Junglee Pictures & Roy Kapur Films’ next comedy-drama #WohLadkiHaiKahaan? Here's the #FirstLook!!” The actress on playing a cop’s role for the first-ever time said, “Playing a police woman and doing a comedy film has always been on my checklist and I am happy that it is finally ticked off. I had seen Pratik's work and I think he is a very talented actor and I am absolutely enjoying working with him.”
She adds, “Arshad has written an amazing script with great comic quirks and also a lot of heart, which I am looking forward to. I am happy that Junglee Pictures and Roy Kapur Films have collaborated to produce this film. It's going to be a fun ride!”
Pratik who is all excited to play this quirky character in the film said, “My character in Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan? is very different from anything I have ever done before, and that is very exciting. Taapsee is super talented and I am so thrilled to be working with her. Arshad has a great vision and he has written the story with so much nuance!
