Zaheer Khan Gets Engaged To Chak De! Girl Sagarika Ghatge

Cricketer Zaheer Khan (38) has well and truly been bowled over by actress Sagarika Ghatge (31). The cricketer has got engaged to the Chak De! Girl, who played Preeti Sabarwal in the 2007 Shah Rukh Khan starrer.

The good news was made public by a picture posted on Twitter by Zaheer which shows Sagarika flaunting the engagement ring given by him.

"Never laugh at your wife's choices. You are one of them !!!  Partners for life. #engaged @sagarikavghatge," wrote the left-arm pacer, who is currently leading the Delhi Daredevils in the on-going IPL (Indian Premier League).

SpotboyE.com was the first to tell you about the romance brewing between Sagarika and Zaheer in December 2016. Sagarika had been quietly dating Zaheer then and their romance had not become public yet.

When Yuvraj Singh and Hazel Keech tied the knot in a glitzy Goan celebration, the spotlight was on the newlyweds and the presence of Virat and Anushka too had everyone's attention.

But onlookers had told SpotboyE.com that all eyes had then turned to Sagarika and Zaheer when they walked in together, hand in hand.

Sagarika is a close friend of cricketer-actor Angad Bedi and it was he who introduced her to Zaheer in 2015.

This is not the first time that a cricketer has been bowled over by a Bollywood beauty- from Sharmila Tagore and Tiger Pataudi to Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, there are examples galore of 'It' couples.
