Zareen Khan’s Mother Admitted To ICU, Actress Says, ‘My Mom Is Unwell Again, Please Pray For Her Speedy Recovery’
Zareen Khan took to her Instagram to inform fans that her mother is admitted to the ICU and request them to wish for her speedy recovery
Bollywood actress Zareen Khan’s mother has been admitted to the ICU. Khan rushed her mother to a hospital last night after she complained of feeling unwell. On Tuesday, the Veer actress took to her Instagram handle and informed everyone that her mom was unwell and was admitted to the ICU. Zareen also requested her fans and followers to wish for her mother’s speedy recovery. Reportedly, last month also Zareen's mother was admitted to the hospital.
Taking to her Instagram story, Zareen wrote, “My mom is very unwell again…had to rush her to the hospital again last night…she is in the ICU. Requestion all of you to please pray for my mom’s speedy recovery." Khan’s fans and friends from the industry have been praying for her mother's speedy recovery. In an early interview with Hindustan Times, Zareen Khan had talked about a difficult time during the Covid-19 lockdown, when her mother fell sick. She admitted that she couldn’t focus on her work at all following her mother’s poor health. The actress was quoted saying, “If anything goes wrong with my mom, I can’t function. I’m a very strong willed, headstrong person and all that, but when it comes to her, she’s my strength as well as my weakness. I couldn’t concentrate on anything else and was disconnected from my work. I didn’t pay attention to any of it, anything that was happening workwise at that time.”
On the professional front, Zareen Khan forayed into Bollywood with the 2010 film Veer opposite Salman Khan. She featured in several movies such as ‘Ready’, ‘Aksar 2’, ‘Hate Story 3’ and ‘Housefull 2.’ She will next be seen in the music video 'Eid Ho Jaayegi' with Bigg Boss 15 fame Umar Riaz.
