'Woh' Ananya Panday Or ‘Patni’ Bhumi Pednekar- Who Set The Ramp On Fire In Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla Creations?
Yesterday, the Pati, Patni Aur Woh trio- Kartik Aaryan, Ananya Panday and Bhumi Pednekar walked the ramp in their characters for designer duo- Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. Which of the two ladies stunned you with her desi avatar?
Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla are known for acing their Indian wear game. Their work and styles of outfits are just impeccable, most of the times if not always. Yesterday, Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Panday walked the ramp for the designer duo, in their Pati, Patni Aur Woh characters. The makers released the posters of the film, yesterday during the day and by evening the trio took over the ramp to introduce their characters.
Talking about the actresses- Bhumi and Ananya- both had a very different approach to their styling. While Bhumi was all ethnic and desi, Ananya added a bit of spunk in her Indian avatar. If you ask me who slayed it better, then the answer would be tough because I liked one look each of both- they made 2 appearances in all.
Ananya Panday played with her crop tops and I loved it. The cuts, the puffed sleeves and the detailing of triangular fabric play on the edges was just too stunning. For both the tops, I’d give Ananya 10 on 10. But unfortunately in her second look, where she wore a blue skirt, I didn’t like the bottom as much. The work was a bit dull and not so impressive.
Bhumi Pednekar on the other hand, was beautiful in the Rajasthani look. Her orange number with mirror work won my heart. The work on her lehenga and blouse was extremely intricate and applaud-worthy. The second look, however, didn’t impress me much, again the lehenga didn’t cut it for me and also the border failed to impress.
All in all, the ladies were a total hit on the ramp, giving Kartik company. After slaying at the event last evening, we’re sure their fans will be totally excited to see the trio sizzle on the screen.
