As the renowned fashion week came to dazzling end last night with brand ambassador Kareena Kapoor Khan bringing down the curtain on the show, here's taking a look at whose on-ramp appearance impressed us the most and who could not crack it well
Kareena Kapoor Khan gave a spectacular end to the 5-day-long Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2020 as she walked the ramp soaked in emerald green. The actress, who is also a Lakme brand ambassador, was the showstopper for designer Amit Aggarwal. She wore a beautiful pleated gown with side drapes and a deep V neckline. Her makeup and hair was simple and minimal.
Ileana D'Cruz donned a Mrunalini Rao creation, where the actress was seen in a lavender lehenga-choli. The cutout neckline and the drapes from the shoulder added a bit of a twist to her look and of course, the black boots looked edgy. Tara Sutaria was Punit Balana's showstopper and was seen dressed in an off-white lehenga-choli. She styled her hair in beachy waves and accessorized her look with long earrings.
Malaika Arora spread bridal vibes in her heavy maroon and silver embellished lehenga by Varun Chakkilam, who was making a debut at the LFW. She added a heavy choker to her look and tied the tresses in a bun.
Alaya F walked the ramp for SVA by Sonam and Paras Modi. It was actress first time and she chose to go for an abstract print skirt and cropped top. So, let's see who were the Best Dressed and Worst Dressed divas at the Lakme Fashion Week 2020:
