BEST DRESSED & WORST DRESSED At The Vogue Beauty Awards 2019: Sara Ali Khan, Alia Bhatt, Malaika Arora, Kriti Sanon Or Sonali Bendre?
Vogue Beauty Awards 2019 rolled its red carpet for Bollywood celebs, last night. The night was high on glamour and shine and a lot of ladies walked in extremely dolled-up. But did all of them succeed in grabbing the Best Dressed title, let’s find out
Vogue Beauty Awards 2019 gave away trophies to Bollywood celebs for being in ‘vogue’. The awards nite was attended by a host of celebs, who descended on the red carpet, putting their stylish foot forward, but for me the fashion quo was a bit low. Many Bollywood ladies opted for elaborate gowns, dramatic make-up and hairdo but unfortunately very few could strike the right balance.
Alia Bhatt went in for a shimmery drape by Michael Costello. She pulled her hair in a neat ponytail with middle parting but had fun with her pony by styling it messily. Alia’a make-up was nude and the actress ditched accessories for the night. Sara Ali Khan wore a ruffled tulle gown in black. It was an Anaita Shroff Adajania creation and the actress opted to go for basic black pumps with it. Sara styled her hair quite differently in a semi-braided way.
Malaika Arora strutted across the red carpet wearing a super-skimpy and bold outfit in white. It was an outfit by label AADNEVIK and had a very flirtatious look to it. Malaika popped a dark ruby colour on her lips and styled tresses in a messy way. Up next is Kriti Sanon who was all about pink last night. She wore a fuchsia pink gown with a high slit and swept her hair behind, with a slight Mohawk look. Sonali Bendre opted for a shimmery black long blazer dress. The actress looked elegant and kept it understated with hair and make-up.
