Deepika Padukone's Sabyasachi Fetish Is Infectious: Laxmi Agarwal Chooses Actress' Signature Look For Chhapaak Premiere
Deepika Padukone's Chhapaak releases today. The actress had organized a big premiere night a day back. We spotted Laxmi Agarwal donning Dippy's fav designer, Sabyasachi's creation and the look which she chose was also actress' signature one
Deepika Padukone is an excited soul as she presents her first home production, Chhapaak, today. The Meghna Gulzar directorial, also starring Vikrant Massey in the lead role, has won the hearts of critics as they have given it a thumbs up. We rated film 3 stars.
A day back, Deepika organised a lavish premiere night of her film, which was attended by a number of celebs. We saw her dazzling in an electric blue shimmery saree. But what caught my attention was Laxmi Agarwal. The brave acid attack survivor, on whose life Chhapaak is based on, was seen wearing a Sabyasachi saree.
But what's interesting is, the look Laxmi chose was Deepika's signature look- long sleeved blouse with high neck and choker. Dippy is a big Sabyasachi fan and her classic ethnic looks by the designer are very famous.
Seems like, as Deepika brought Laxmi's life story on celluloid and played her character so sincerely, Laxmi too thought of expressing gratitude to the actress by dressing up just like her.
