Malaika Arora never goes wrong when it comes to fashion. Be it in super casual sportswear or jaw-dropping red carpet gowns, she can carry off any outfit flawlessly. Recently, her stylist Maneka Harsinghani posted a series of pictures on her Instagram where Malaika is seen wearing a gorgeous and super shiny multicoloured pleated metallic gown, looking like a ravishing diva.
The metallic maxi gown with a V-shaped deep plunging neckline came from the shelves of fashion designer Gemy Maalouf's Fall Winter 2021 collection and it was worn by Malaika for the show MTV Supermodel Of The Year Season 2. With multiple tight pleats and full sleeves, the floor-length gown flowed in an asymmetrical manner. We checked the designer's official website and this Pleated Butterfly Sleeves Dress will originally costs $4,650 USD but has now come down to $2,325 USD, post discount.
What we really loved about this pleated flared long dress were the exaggerated wide long sleeves and the multicoloured hues of lavender, sea-green, silver and more metallic shades, that gave it a fantastic 'disco' effect. Malaika swished her stunning dress and dazzled in a myriad of colours, while posing for the photographs. She kept her long wavy hair open with a middle-parting and opted for metallic eye-shadow and bronze shimmery makeup.
Malaika is one celebrity who's always been extremely fitness conscious and practices yoga regularly. She has a body to die for and can carry off any outfit flawlessly and this gown is no exception. Well, these pictures have made the beginning of our weekend a lot more fun and shinier, that's for sure!
