The Kapoor family has had lots to celebrate over the past week - right from Rhea Kapoor and Karan Boolani’s wedding on Saturday, their post wedding celebration on Monday to Mohit and Antara Motiwala Marwah’s baby shower on Wednesday. For the godh-bharai ceremony, cousins Sonam Kapoor, Rhea, Anshula, Khushi and Shanaya Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor were in attendance, all dressed in festive vibes. The three gorgeous ladies that stole the limelight were Anshula, Khushi and Shanaya who exhibited a range of stunning lehengas.
Shanaya opted for a Manish Malhotra pistachio green lehenga. As the skirt looked heavy, Shanaya’s blouse looked pretty easy-breezy. She teamed her lehenga set with a sheer blue organza dupatta. Keeping her makeup glossy and minimal jewellery, Shanaya’s outfit is a perfect match for a wedding. Even though we absolutely loved what she chose, it would have been a perfect fit for a wedding ritual. For godh-bharai, it looked a little over the top.
Speaking of Khushi Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor’s younger sister picked an effortless set from the collection of Anita Dongre. She wore a lehenga skirt with a combination of blue and white details. She teamed the skirt with a contemporary crop top-style blouse in white that has a unique sheer side-swept drape over one shoulder, creating a translucent faux dupatta effect. This lightweight lehenga seemed to be a perfect fit for a get-together party like this. Khushi rounded her look with statement earrings, dewy makeup and soft curls.
Coming to Anshula’s look, she usually steals everyone’s heart with her cuteness but this time, she drew our attention towards her lehenga. Wearing a bright pink lehenga and keeping her curly hair swept in one side, Ms Kapoor pulled off the look with ease. No complaints here!
