Shilpa Shetty Kundra In A Purple Tie-Dye Saree With A Front Slit Sets The Mercury Soaring On The Set Of Super Dancer 4
Shilpa Shetty Kundra once again added a modern twist to an ethnic wear, in her trademark style, and the fashion police can't stop swooning
Shilpa Shetty Kundra has a body to die for and she can carry off sarees as well as stylish gowns equally well. The Hungama 2 actress often shows off her super-stylish sartorial picks during her appearances on the dance reality show Super Dancer Chapter 4 and we just can't get enough of it. For a recent episode of the show, where she co-judges with Geeta Kapur and Anurag Basu, Shilpa was seen wearing a sultry purple tie-dye saree. Just like all her recent appearances, this too was a fusion ethnic wear with a modern twist.
Shilpa wore the purple tie-dye saree from designer Reeti Arneja's shelves, whose label boasts of handcrafted Indian clothing inspired by Indian gypsies, culture and festivals. The ensemble is from the designer's new collection 'Valli - the goddess within'.
Shilpa posted a picture of herself flaunting her washboard abs and svelte figure and captioned it as, 'A little vintage, a little contemporary. A little classic, a little trendy.' The pre-stitched sexy saree with a front knee-high slit was paired with a matching purple and white half-sleeved tie-dye blouse with a plunging V neckline.
She kept her middle-parted long tresses open in waves and completed the look with a pair of transparent heels. The look was accessorised with a stack of silver bangles, super long silver earrings, a nose ring and rings from a variety of jewellery brands - My Motifs, Silverstreak, Ritika Sachdeva and Amrapali Jewels. Matching purple eye-shadow, highlighted cheeks, mascara and pink lips rounded off her look.
In the recent episode of Super Dancer Chapter 4, that featured Govinda and Chunky Panday as guest judges, Shilpa was seen visibly blown away by a performance on the song Kya Lagti Hai Haye Rabba from the film Dulhe Raja. She was seen saying, “Main ye show chod ke jaa rahi hoon, aukaat nahi hai humari."
Back in July, Shilpa had to take a break from the show when her husband Raj Kundra was arrested for his alleged involvement in a porn racket. She finally returned on the sets in August after many weeks of absence.
