'Black Panther' Chadwick Boseman Passes Away At The Age Of 43
Hate to start a day with such heartbreaking news! Black Panther and Avengers star Chadwick Boseman is no more. Chadwick, who’s better known for playing Black icons Jackie Robinson and James Brown before rising to fame as the superhero and regal Black Panther in the Marvel cinematic universe, succumbed to Colon cancer, on Friday. He was 43. His publicist Nicki Fioravante told The Associated Press the Black Panther actor breathed his last at his home in Los Angeles with his wife and family by his side.

Taking to his Twitter account, Boseman’s family issued a statement that read, “A true fighter, Chadwick persevered through it all and brought you many of the films you have come to love so much, his family said in the statement. From Marshall to Da 5 Bloods, August Wilsons Ma Raineys Black Bottom and several more- all were filmed during and between countless surgeries and chemotherapy. It was the honour of his career to bring King TChalla to life in Black Panther.”

Expressing his grief, Hollywood star Dwayne Johnson tweeted, "Hard to hear about this. Rest in love, brother. Thank you for shining your light and sharing your talent with the world. My love and strength to your family." Captain Marvel aka Brie Larson also took to her Instagram to express her despair.
