'The Wanted' Singer Tom Parker Dies At 33 After Long Battle With Brain Tumour; 'I Can't Imagine Life Without His Infectious Smile,' Says His Wife
Thursday Morning came with the sad news of Hollywood singer Tom Parker’s sudden demise which has sent shockwaves among his fans. The ‘Wanted’ singer died at the age of 33 after a battle with brain tumour. Tom’s wife Kelsey Parker broke the news of her husband’s death on Instagram. In October 2020, the singer had shared the news of his inoperable tumour after which he underwent chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

Breaking the sad news of Tom Parker’s death, his wife wrote on Instagram,"Our hearts are broken, Tom was the centre of our world and we can't imagine life without his infectious smile and energetic presence. We are truly thankful for the outpouring of love and support and ask that we all unite to ensure Tom's light continues to shine for his beautiful children. Thank you to everyone who has supported him in his care throughout, he fought until the very end. I'm forever proud of you."


The Wanted band members said that they were “devastated by the tragic and premature loss of bandmate Tom Parker who passed away peacefully at lunchtime surrounded by his family and his band mates.”

The band was formed in 2009 and also includes Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness, and Nathan Sykesalso. For the uninitiated, The Wanted delivered a hit of strings that includes “All Time Low” and “ Glad You Came”.


Singer ED Sheeran also mourned the death of the singer and penned an emotional post on Instagram that reads, "So sad to hear of Tom's passing. Thoughts and love are with Kelsey, his children and his family. Very sad day, what a lovely guy."

The singer is now survived by his two kids, a daughter Aurelia Rose, and a son, Bodhi.
