Johnny Depp won the recently concluded high-profile case against his ex-wife Amber Heard, and the Pirates of the Carrebian actor has finally sighed a breath of relief. But, the legal drama is far from over. Several reports suggest that the Aquaman actress will appeal the decision, a process that will likely take years.
However, following her landmark defeat, the 36-year-old actress received a marriage proposal from a man from Saudi Arabia. The audio clip of the same has been shared by an Instagram account.
In the clip, the man can be heard said, "Amber... since all doors are closing on you, you have no one except me to take care of you. I've noticed that some people hate and bully you, therefore, I decided to marry you. May Allah bless us both. You are a blessing but people don't appreciate that. I am better than that old man."
The actress has yet again grabbed the spotlight after the social media proposal and it is nothing short of a shock to her fans as well. The recent development doesn't seem to be going well for Amber as Johnny Depp fans have yet again lynched on the opportunity to mock the actress as many quipped that the Saudi Arabian can help her pay the $10 million to Johnny Depp.
During the final verdict, the jury awarded Depp, $15-million in damages. Amber has also won part of her libel case against Johnny Depp and the jury has awarded her $2-million in damages.
After several years of dating, Depp and Heard married in a very private ceremony in their home in Los Angeles in 2015. On May 23, 2016, Heard filed for divorce from Depp.
