The year 2016 witnessed one of the most controversial celebrity divorces of Hollywood. Yes, you guess it right! We are talking about none other than Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. Controversial because their marriage ended on a rather tragic note since both Johnny and Amber have hurled several accusations at each other. While Amber accused him of being abusive throughout their relationship, the latter, too, has made some of the other shocking revelations in regards to the actress. Well, it has been more than four years since their separation but Johnny and Amber very much remain in the news.
Reportedly, Amber Heard had tried everything in her capacity to save her troubled marriage with the actor by sending him a couple of messages before they filed for divorce. As per the court documents filed in Fairfax County Virginia, Heard's final message to her ex-husband was rather a sweet one, contrary to how the media displayed their relationship. In one of them, she even apologised to the actor and revealed that has nothing but love for him. However, fate had some other plans and the duo eventually separated from each other.
As per the reports, a message from Amber to Johnny read, “Do this or undue [sic] this as we see fit. You and I have the control. And love each other," while another one read, "I thought you filed [for divorce]. You said you were going to and said goodbye. I’m sorry if I’ve hurt you. I have nothing but love for you."
In other news, Johnny Depp's ex-girlfriends had recently come out in his support and indirectly slammed Amber's claims of him being violent. One of his exes, Vanessa recalled Johnny to be a 'kind, attentive, generous and non-violent person and father' during their relationship.
