Arnold Schwarzenegger Is Overjoyed On Daughter Katherine's First Pregnancy, 'Looking Forward To Playing With My Grandchild'
Becoming a grandparent is, undoubtedly, among one of the best joys for every parent out there. And the case of Hollywood actor Arnold Schwarzenegger is no different. His daughter Katherine is all set to embrace motherhood. It was some time in last month that the news of Katherine and Chris Pratt, who got hitched in June 2019, expecting their first child had made it to the web. During his conversation with The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon for their Monday at-home episode, the Terminator actor expressed his elation of becoming and grandfather and also spilt some beans on his daughter's pregnancy.

The 72-year-old actor revealed that he is quite excited and can't wait to play around with the baby. He said, "That is really exciting news that Katherine now, you know be pregnant and have a baby... And, inevitably, I'm really looking forward to playing around with whatever it is, she or he, and have some fun." He added that his future grandchild will have an impressive lineage, as his wife Maria Shriver, is the daughter of Eunice Kennedy Shriver, who was a philanthropist and a member of the Kennedy family.

"I think this is kind of a unique experience. But I was just thinking about the gene pool. I mean, think about this for a second: It is part Kennedy and part you know; there's three gene pools here. You can do Kennedy, Schwarzenegger and Pratt. Mean, we can do anything. We can go and solve the Cuban Missile Crisis, we can go and kill Predators with our bare hands and we go and train dinosaurs. I mean, think about this. That is a lot of power here, “he continued.

Further, Arnold also joked about him fearing that the unborn baby doesn't end up inheriting his accent. He said, "Worst thing is if this kid ends up, you know, with my accent. That's what we don't want." LOL! Katherine's baby is due 'sometime in summer,' as per the veteran actor.
