Here’s the biggest revelation of 2020! Hollywood actress Mindy Kaling has announced that she welcomed baby number 2 on September 3. Yes, already a mother to 2-year-old daughter Kit, announced the big news during her latest appearance on a chat show. Mindy’s baby news comes as a surprise for one and all. One can’t stop praising the actress for keeping her 9-month-long pregnancy and delivery news under wraps.
During a virtual appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert on Thursday, Oct 8, Mindy revealed the big secret about her delivering the baby boy. Host Stephen Colbert said, "I got something I rarely get these days, which is good news, so if you wouldn't mind sharing with our audience I think they'd be thrilled to find out something extraordinary that nobody knows up until this moment.” Mindy then goes on to make the big revelation and revealed she’s now mother to two kids.
She is seen telling Colbert, “Yes, I'm telling it for the first time now. It feels so strange. I gave birth to a baby boy on September 3.” Mindy then adds, "This is news to a lot of people. It's true!” When Stephen asked her if she has decided on a name yet, she then revealed, she has named him, ‘Spencer.’
Meanwhile, a source close to the Mindy spilt the beans on how she managed to keep her pregnancy under wraps. The source revealed to E! News, “Keeping it private was easier this time because of quarantine. All of her work was done through Zoom. “She had originally planned to reveal the pregnancy at the Met Gala, but that obviously didn't happen.
