Recent reports about Brad and Alia in a leading portal have put all the rumours to rest. It was previously reported that actor Brad Pitt is moving on in his life, post parting ways with his wife-actress Angeline Jolie, but seems like the actor is no rush to move on to his next so soon. Brad was rumoured to be dating Alia Shawkat post many spottings of the duo. Rumours mills started buzzing when the two were spotted attending an art event a day back. Now as per the latest reports, it suggests that the two are just friends.
As per reports in Page Six, Brad and Alia are just friends and are in no mood to escalate their relationship to another level. The publication had also previously reported of the Ad Astra star spending time with Neri Oxman, but their friendship too never escalated to the next level. The actor is currently struggling to finalize his long impending divorce with Angelina, but with each passing day, their legal battle is getting messier. The duo parted way and are is in mids of their divorce settlement since 2016. Meanwhile, Angelina Jolie who is said to going out on casual dates also doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to take a plunge or get going with another partner. A source was heard reporting to US Weekly about the same; also no specific person’s name has been linked to the actress so far.
The source in US Weekly was quoted saying, “She isn't closed to the idea of meeting someone new, but it's not her main priority. She's all about focusing on the kids, her job, and cleaning up her messy divorce. She will never get married again, She felt that Brad pressured her into getting married, and it was something that she never wanted to do.”
