Coronavirus Scare: Priyanka Chopra Boasts About Namaste; Pregnant Katy Perry Goes Into Lockdown
The deadly Coronavirus has reached each part of the globe. It was just yesterday that the news of Forrest Gump star Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson testing positive with Coronavirus shook one and all. With this, many stars are taking due precautions and even helping the Governments to help spread awareness on the disease. We are talking about international singer Katty Perry and Bollywood-Hollywood star Priyanka Chopra. While the former has gone into Self-Isolation, the latter has boasted about Namaste.

Taking to her Instagram account, Priyanka Chopra shared a video of her pulling off Namaste at international events. In the caption she wrote, "It's all about the Namaste. An old but also a new way to greet people in a time of change around the world. Please stay safe everyone." Amidst the Coronavirus scare, it is being advised that people should refrain from coming in direct contact with other people, i.e, by avoiding handshakes. Hence, Namaste is an old but new way to exchange greetings with others.

Coming to Katy Perry, the singer is reportedly observing a lockdown in a hotel in Sydney, Australia. This comes after her fabulous concert which she did to raise funds for Australia bushfires. Katy who is pregnant with her first child was supposed to have a press meet, however, it has been cancelled due to the Coronavirus scare, as reported by Daily Mail. Katy is expecting her first child with Orlando Blooms and is in no mood to take any risk.

Meanwhile, many major events scheduled to take place in the coming months have been postponed.
