At Dolittle’s LA premiere, Robert Downey Jr and Selena Gomez stole the thunder with their delightful banter, whereas former wrestler John Cena was accompanied by his WWE squad
Ahead of Dolittle’s release, a grand premiere in LA was organised for its entire cast and crew, and it was one heck of a star-studded affair. Among many others, we had the film’s leading man Robert Downey Jr, along with Selena Gomez and wrestler-turned-actor John Cena, who have lent their voices for the fantasy fiction film. A couple of pictures from the event have made it to the internet and fans can’t get over Robert and Selena’s delightful camaraderie. John Cena, too, hogged the limelight with his charming presence.
For the event, the 27-year-old singer looked stunning in a colour-block Givenchy 2019 couture gown with a pastel pink body-hugging camisole that came with a high-waist, baggy black skirt. Gomez finished her look with a bun and a set of gorgeous diamond danglers. The Avengers actor, on the other hand, looked dapper a dark blue suit. One of the highlights of the red carpet was, undoubtedly, the bond shared by Selena and Robert. Former wrestler John Cena was all smiles as he arrived in formals. Also present was Rami Malek. Other than starring Robert Downey Jr, a couple of stars have lent their voices as several characters for Dolittle. The list includes John Cena, Tom Holland, Selena Gomez, Kumail Nanjiani, Rami Malek, Emma Thompson, Craig Robinson, Ralph Fiennes, Marion Cotillard, Frances De La Tour, Carmen Ejogo and Octavia Spencer among others. Dolittle is scheduled to hit the big screens on January 17, 2020.
