Jungle Safari star Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock has recovered from COVID-19 and making sure he gets back to his healthy physique once again. Johnson, who constantly gives fans a sneak-peek of his workout routine, is back to sharing pictures and videos from the gym. While The Rock does not miss even a single day at the gym, an unfortunate accident took place with him. The actor took to his social media to share a video and inform fans about the same.  

On Instagram, Dwayne Johnson posted a video of him bleeding from his head. The Jungle Safari actor seems to have got badly hurt during a rigorous workout session. Sharing the video, he wrote, “We ain’t playin’ tiddlywinks and we ain’t reciting nursery rhymes - it’s called the #ironparadise for a reason and things get extremely intense.” As the actor explained how things sometimes get extremely intense at the gym, he revealed what happened with him and said, “Threw around my 50lb chains for a drop set - I got lumped up and need stitches.” In the video, Johnson is bleeding terribly from the side of his left eyebrow. The actor then goes on to also taste his blood, like as if his wound means literally nothing, even if he needs to get some stitches.

Meanwhile, posting the scary video, The Rock also shared a piece of important advice for all his followers who workout. He said, “Taste your blood, keep training and stitch up later - rules of the house.” He went on and also promoted his brand and wished fans and friends a productive week ahead, asking them to keep it light and a lil’ fun.
