Game Of Thrones Star Sophie Turner To Return To TV Again; Turner To Star In Survive Along With Corey Hawkins

The Queen in the North, Sansa Stark aka Sophie Turner completely left in awe with her portrayal in HBO's hit show, Game Of Thrones. And just when we left hopes to see Tuner back again on TV, we recently got to hear that the actress will be starring in another series titled, Survive, along with BlacKkKlansman (2018) fame Corey Hawkins, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Talking more about the series, the show is directed by Mark Pellington and written by Richard Abate and Jeremy Ungar, Survive is based on Alex Morel's 2012 namesake novel. The storyline of Survive sees two characters Jane (Sophie) and Paul (Corey) survive a plane crash and embarking on a dangerous journey to the wilderness. They battle the brutal conditions and their own personal traumas. The 23-year-old actress shared this news to THR, saying, "I couldn't be more honoured to portray the role of Jane in Survive." Well, we are super-duper excited to see Ms Turner again onscreen. What say?

Meanwhile, Sophie also featured in X-Men: Dark Phoenix which was released on June 2019. The actress also played Jane in the film. Recently, Sophie got married to one of the Jonas brothers - Joe Jonas. The actress too had two weddings just like his brother and sister-in-law Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra Jonas.

Speaking of which, Turner attended Happiness Begins Tour to support her hubby. A few videos surfaced online where Sophie, Priyanka and Danielle were seen grooving and dancing their heart out while their husbands performing on stage. Some photos were also shared by PeeCee herself.
