One of the best things to have come out of Game of Thrones has been the love story of Kit Harington and Rose Leslie. And another big news coming is that the couple is expecting their first child! In a recent photoshoot, the actress confirmed this news. UK’s Make Magazine’s fashion editor Ursula Lake shared a gorgeous monochromatic picture of the actress with a baby bump.
Confirming the news of her pregnancy with the gorgeous photo, Ursula wrote, “So wonderful working with the beautiful Rose Leslie for the cover story of @make_magazineuk out now! A very special all woman team photographic shoot capturing Rose at this wonderful time as she prepares for motherhood for the first time!”Kit Harrington and Rose Leslie met on the sets of the popular show Game Of Thrones in 2012 where they played the character of Jon Snow and Ygritte respectively, who are lovers on screen as well.
While Jon Snow as a character made it till the end of the show, Ygritte was killed off in season 4, much to the dismay of fans who loved their chemistry on screen.
There were rumours that they’d broken off after a year of dating but patched up soon after and in 2016 made it official by making their red carpet debut at the Olivier Awards in London. They tied the knot in 2018 and their wedding was attended by stars such as Sophie Turner, Emilia Clarke, Maisie Williams, Peter Dinklage.
