Gigi Hadid is one of the top models in the fashion industry and has worldwide popularity. Over the years, she has graced the runways for some of the top designers and is one of the most established models. Gigi Hadid recently walked the ramp for Chanel’s finale show for the Paris Fashion Week. She was recently in the news as a lady tried crashing in the Chanel finale and Gigi handled the situation as she bounced her off stage. Now, the 24-year-old model took to Instagram to seek help from her followers in finding a certain photographer. What happened next will astound you!
Gigi Hadid took to Instagram to share an image from an editorial from a fashion shoot in Paris many years ago. The photo also captured a young Gigi Hadid photobombing the model while clutching an Eiffel Tower souvenir. Gigi Hadid asked her followers if they could find out the photographer who took this image when she visited Paris with her parents in 2000 or 2001. She wrote, “Paris, pre- fashion weeks .. was just visiting with my parents, but was obviously so intrigued by this photographer and the shoot going on (I believe this is 2000-2001?) Would love to find out who shot this editorial if anyone can recall ? Kinda surreal ! always w my own camera in-hand:)” Take a look at the picture:
Gigi Hadid’s search came to an end as designer Jeremy Schott informed her that it was photographer Marcus Mam who took the photo. What blew our minds was when he wrote that Marcus Mam is the same photographer who shoots Gigi at her fashion shows! “@gigihadid IT WAS SHOT BY @marcus_mam WHO PHOTOGRAPHS YOU AT MY SHOWS !!! CRAZZZZY ?!!" he wrote. Gigi Hadid could not believe it herself.
Then later, Marcus Mam himself commented, “OMG @gigihadid I shot that and it was styled by one of my besties @elizabethstewart1 how crazy!!! It was for the New York Times style magazine!!!! I remember that so well ... on the Place de la Concorde near the Jardin des Tuileries!!!! Look how cute you are!!!”
