Coronavirus is gripping the world at a rapid speed, with each passing day comes news of several people being detected positive with it. This is pretty scary!  Adding to the list of the commoners are also some of the big names from the entertainment world. The news of Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson being detected positive had left everyone shocked in the very beginning. Followed by which came news of Idris Elba and several stars from the west being tested positive with this life-threatening virus.

Adding to the list is star Indira Varma. The Game of Thrones actress is tested positive of this virus. Taking to her social networking account she revealed it to the world. Followed by it came yet another post where she expressed her disappointment for her current play being put on hold amidst this pandemic. As she revealed being tested positive she asked people to stay safe and healthy.

She wrote in her caption, “I'm in bed with it and it's not nice. Stay safe and healthy and be kind to your fellow people.”


Her play, The Seagull helmed by Anton Chekhov co-starring Emilia Clarke is also put on hold. The actress was also Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's co-star in the 2004 released film Bride and Prejudice. Posting a picture from their rehearsal sessions she wrote in her yet another social media post, “So sad our and so many other shows around the world have gone dark affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. We hope to be back soon and urge you all (and the govt) to support us when we do.
