The Jonas Brothers band reunited split in 2013 and sold about 17 million albums worldwide. Six years since their split, Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Kevin Jonas reunited and released the song ‘Sucker’ on March 1, 2019, post-Nick Jonas’ marriage to Global icon Priyanka Chopra. The song ‘Sucker’ featured the Jonas Brothers band and their better halves in the video. As the song turned to be the 34th song in the history to debut at number one on the Billboard Hot 100, the Jonas Brothers band has recently been nominated for the 62nd Grammy Awards. Blown away by the 62nd Grammy nomination, Nick Jonas took to his social media to thank fans and team for the same.
Nick Jonas took to his Instagram to share pictures from the making of the song ‘Sucker’ and penned down a heartfelt post thanking fans and his team. In his post, Nick spoke in brief about the commencement of the song that took place before he flew off to India to marry wife Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Explaining in detail about the success of the song and that of the Happiness Begins tour, Nick thanked his team and his brothers Kevin and Joe for their support. In his post, the Sucker singer also spoke about his massive success following his wedding to PeeCee and hints on the Global icon being his lucky charm. Nick Jonas also spoke about how both ‘Sucker’ and Happiness Begins album-hit to Number 1 post his marriage to ‘The Sky Is Pink’ actress and mentioned about his happy moment of them completing their one year anniversary.
Nick Jonas thanked each and every person who believed in the Jonas Brothers band once again and mentioning his team, the singer addressed them as family. Priyanka Chopra also wished her husband and the Jonas Brothers band on their Grammys nomination.
Meanwhile, the Jonas Brothers – Kevin, Joe, and Nick have been nominated at the 62nd Grammys for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for Sucker. The 62nd Grammy Awards will happen on January 26, 2020, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. The Grammy nominees list is out and many other talented singers Taylor Swift, Lana Del Ray, Ariana Grande, John Legend and others have been nominated for their contribution to music.
