Thank you for your kind and lovely messages! I really am completely recovered and wanted to share a technique that’s recommended by doctors, costs nothing, has no nasty side effects but could help you/your loved ones a lot, as it did me. Stay safe, everyone x— J.K. Rowling (@jk_rowling) April 6, 2020
JK Rowling who is the author of the biggest fantasy series Harry Potter recently took to her Twitter handle to tell her fans and followers about having all the symptoms of the Coronavirus, though she is not being tested. However, the lady got completely recovered by just following a few simple steps that have been advised by the doctor. As per her tweet, she tried this technique which helped her a lot and also got her recovered. In case you are unaware of the symptoms, they are pretty normal like coughing, sneezing, fever and most importantly, it will cause a breathing problem.
With this, her tweet read: “Please watch this doc from Queens Hospital explains how to relieve respiratory symptoms. For last 2 weeks I've had all symptoms of C19 (tho haven't been tested) & did this on doc husband's advice. I'm fully recovered & technique helped a lot.” While sharing this tweet, she also shared the YouTube video of the doctor who is showing the breathing technique.
In the video, which was shared Rowling, has a UK hospital doctor, Dr Sarfaraz Munshi where he describes a vital breathing technique for Coronavirus sufferers that could prevent the patients from contracting secondary pneumonia which could prove incredibly dangerous to health. If you do feel symptoms of COVID-19, guess this video might help you to fully recover from the highly contagious disease.
Meanwhile, only yesterday we reported that singer Robie Williams had admitted that he has all the symptoms of Coronavirus but he was recovered while in quarantine. He believed that he has recovered as his symptoms have quickly disappeared. Even though he mentioned that there are no symptoms, he is still maintaining his distance from his family.
