It was just recently in January that the couple announced stepping down from their duties as the senior members of the Royal family. In months after that, the couple stepped down from their roles and moved to Canada first, later settling down in Los Angeles. Amidst all that, Meghan made her comeback with Disney+ Hotstar film Elephant. Now, reportedly, Meghan Markle is pestering Oscar-winning actor Brad Pitt for a movie role.
According to a report in New Idea, a source revealed that Meghan Markle is after Brad Pitt’s production company to set up a meeting of her with the actor. The source said, “Meghan has been badgering Brad’s people at Plan B [Entertainment] to set up a meeting of them.” Talking about Meghan further, the insider continued, “When she has her eye on a prize, she relentlessly pursues it until she gets what she wants. And right now, that’s to star in a movie with Brad.” The source then went on to add that the actress is pestering Brad Pitt’s assistants constantly. The supposed unnamed source also mentioned that Markle is begging George Clooney to set up a causal, professional dinner with Oscar-winning actor so that she can share her ideas.
While the report in the magazine claims otherwise, Gossipcop.com is all set to debunk the phoney story. Bringing out the truth, the website first questions about why would the source in the report know so much about Meghan Markle’s plans after literally despising her. Moving on, the website also pointed out at the fact that the actress might be looking out for some good projects but mentioned that it does not mean that there aren’t other things keeping her busy.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time when Meghan Markle’s name has been linked to a Hollywood actor with her asking for roles. Earlier, the name of the actress was linked to Tom Cruise, Reese Witherspoon, and Kim Kardashian, with this week being Brad Pitt. On the other hand, speaking of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, the couple is focusing on their non-profit charity Archewell foundation, which will launch until next year, but is also busy with their Black Lives Matter movement and COVID-19 relief.
