Jeanine Ann Roose Passes Away: Cult Classic Film It’s A Wonderful Life Actress Breathes Her Last At The Age Of 84
Actor Jeanine Ann Roose who portrayed the role of Little Violet Bick in the cult classic film, It’s a Wonderful Life leaves for heavenly abode.  News of her death was confirmed by Deadline. The actress passed away on December 31, 2021, post her battle against an infection. She breathed her last on Friday at her residence in Los Angeles, at the age of 84. The now late actress worked as a child artist from the 1940s-1950s. She rose to fame when she played Little Violent Bick on the screen.  

She began to get movie offers at a very early age, the actress was 8 years old when she got her first movie, The Jack Benny Program. She worked in The Fitch Bandwagon and The Phil Harris-Alice Faye Show, from 1946 to 1954. Followed by spreading her wings in radio, she made her appearance in Lux Radio Theatre back by I Remember Mama and Mr. President’s episode. Besides this, she also featured in an unaired pilot episode of a Television show, Arabella’s Tall Tales.

The actress bid goodbye to her acting career after she enrolled at UCLA and became a Jungian psychoanalyst. Recalling her role in the cult classic and bidding goodbye to movies, she said, “It`s A Wonderful Life was the only movie that I was in and it has been an amazing lifetime experience to have been in such a collectively meaningful picture.”

She added, “It became clear that my desire was specifically to help others who were struggling with finding meaning in their life -- not unlike Clarence in the movie who helps George see the meaning of his life”

Roose took her wedding vows with Eugene Richard Auger in 1964. The couple had a son, Joe, he was with her when she passed away.
