Julia Fox BREAKS Silence On Past Romance Rumours With Drake: 'He's A Great Guy And We Were Just Like Friends Hanging Out'
Julia Fox addressed past dating rumours with Drake
Julia Fox, who is currently dating rapper Kanye West, addressed a report that she has dated Drake. She made it clear that "nothing really happened" between the two of them. According to People magazine, Julia addressed Drake romance rumours on her 'Forbidden Fruits' podcast and said that Kanye knows about her connection with Drake.
Though she did not completely deny any romance or intimacy between her and Drake, Julia said, "He's a great guy and a gentleman.. and that was it. Nothing really happened, we were just, like, friends hanging out. I wouldn't say that we were dating."
Julia also claimed that the one-time foes have put their issues behind them, after West said in November that "it's time to put it to rest" and later reunited onstage with Drake, for the "Free Larry Hoover" benefit concert in December. She said, "I feel they've squashed their issues. Obviously, when I first started speaking to Ye, I told him immediately - I think on the first day, before it went any further - because I'm just an honest person."
The actress has been open about her relationship with Kanye. A couple of days ago, speaking to Interview magazine, Julia had said that she's surrendering to West. She said, "I'm really surrendering. For someone like me who's such a control freak and always so used to taking care of myself, to just let go and be taken care of is foreign at this point in life."
The actress had also shared a few details about her relationship and stated how they had an instant connection. "I just remember being like, 'I know that there's going to be a reward for this, like this is so f*****g miserable that I know something good will come of this if I just hang in there.' And then a few days later there I am with Ye, and it was the most 'instant natural organic attraction and connection. I just feel safe with him. It's a redemption story," she said.
