Dwayne Johnson has been promoting his film Jumanji: The Next Level worldwide with his cast. Jumanji: The Next Level is the second installment of the Jumanji franchise that also starred Dwayne in pivotal roles. As the sequel is all about the characters changing into the players in the game, Danny DeVito will be seen playing the character of ‘The Rock’. While Danny DeVito has to play ‘The Rock’ in the film, Dwayne took to his social media to share with fans of how DeVito prepped for his role.
The film Jumanji: The Next Level stars Danny DeVito who will back the voice of Dwayne Johnson aka ‘The Rock’ in the film. As the film is based on the popular game Jumanji, the real-life characters will be seen entering a different realm of the game which includes the character of ‘The Rock’. With Danny DeVito playing ‘The Rock’ in the film, Dwayne Johnson took to his Instagram to share how Mr. DeVito prepped to be ‘The Rock’. In the video, Danny DeVito explains the process with fans and is equally fun and entertaining. DeVito shares how he is a deep method actor and explains how he changed from Danny to The Rock. Sharing the steps with fans on Instagram, in the video, Danny DeVito mentioned the First step i.e Training and as Dwayne Johnson-like muscles, the actor decided to bulk up by lifting some weights. For Step two i.e Emotional work, DeVito decided to think about what makes Dwayne Johnson tick. Further, the actor mentioned the last step and the most important step to be Hair and Makeup. Finally, after twenty minutes later, DeVito changes into ‘The Rock’ himself. While Dwayne shares the funny steps of how to evolve into ‘The Rock’, the clear warning is ‘Do Not Try This At Home’.
Meanwhile, the film Jumanji: The Next Level stars Dwayne Johnson, Danny DeVito, Kevin Hart, Nick Jonas and Karen Gillan in pivotal roles. The film is slated to hit theatres on December 13, 2019, and the adventurous journey inside the game Jumanji is a must-watch.
